My sessions use a variety of tools such as traditional life coaching, business coaching, Reiki, Energy healing, channelling higher self and other modalities to ensure you receive the right support and the right time. 

I offer flexible sessions no bulk booking needed.  Sessions last 90 minutes and support is given in between via What's app.  I also offer a free initial consultation to talk more about what I do, what you looking for, and see if its a good fit for us both.
